Good to go at Rico’s

Update – this class is no longer running, for current schedule see classes

I’ve started a new class in the lovely upstairs room at Rico’s restaurant just round the corner in Oakwood, Leeds near Roundhay park. It’s a really great place for people to practice yoga. It’s got nice, bright light from the bay windows and the whole place has such a welcoming feel. I am so grateful Heather and the Rico’s family for making me welcome. The class on a Wednesday evening meant that anyone working in the area could drop by to de-stress after work and people living in the area can pop down before dinner. Each week we worked our way through a problem area for people who work for a living – so things like backs and necks and topics like embracing change and letting go. Everyone is welcome, whatever shape, age, sex or ability from complete beginners. There’s no judging and no competition, just all the benefits that yoga is proven to give for mind, body and spirit. And there’s all the fantastic Rico’s Italian food and drink to enjoy before or after the session too. What’s not to like! Hope to see you there.
